  Gerber Collision & Glass did a great job from start to finish. The team was professional, helpful, and kept me updated throughout the process. The repair work came out great, and the service made the whole experience easy. I would recommend them to anyone needing collision or glass work.

  I came into gerber needing a quick estimate on my car Jessica the GM greeted me at the door with a big smile and welcoming hello! Yordin was so helpful with the estimate he was quick and thorough with everything. i will be recommending to my friends if they need some body work done!

  I recently brought in my 2005 Scion TC to have some work done. Cold weather ended up doing some damage to my front bumper while driving over some snow banks this winter in my neighborhood and I couldn't have it looking like that over the summer so decided to bring it in to Gerber for them to see if they can work their magic. I had used a different Gerber location in the past which did a great job so thought it would be nice to stop by this location since it's close to my job. Upon arrival I was greeted at the entrance and promptly given attention and in no time, an estimate. The waiting area was nice and clean and they had coffee and hot chocolate which I thought was a nice touch. Estimate was fair and honestly better then some of the other places I had looked at so we moved forward. All my work was done within a few business days which to my surprise was quicker then I expected. What was nice was that at pickup the manager Jessica came out to let me know exactly what was done in detail which I appreciated, you never get that kind of service anymore nowadays. What was funny was that I told her I had used Gerber in the past at another location which I loved and she told me she used to work at that location as well! What a small world! She must be doing something right if they have her covering so many regions, she truly was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend the Barrington location

  Jessica and Yordin were soooo helpful when i came in with some scratches on my car! they provided such amazing customer service and i will be definitely recommending my family and friends to them!
