He doesn't know me and I've only been there three times with three different family cars dress in business casual, T shirt and jeans or T shirt and shorts. I took my daughters car which was old and he went through it all. He gave me a real piece of mind telling me the car was in grate shape with 101K miles as she was taking off for college. My son works from home and never drives his car. None of my kids are mechanically oriented so I keep track of all maintenance. I was raised to change the old every 6 months to a year or mileage. So I took his car to Joe. After checking it over, Joe said nothing needs to be done to the car and turned away my business. He said come back after its got 5,000 miles on this oil. I said no, this car barely gets drivin and I gave him business anyway. I'd rather pay for his honesty and get the oil changed. As a result, I took my truck there today. He came outside and said he was short handed, it would be a long wait and I could leave the truck. He just didn't want me waiting a long time. I completely understood and appreaciated him telling me this so I said I'd come back later. I could have gone across the street or to another Jiffy Lube as I drove by a few that had no business. However, I returned 30 minutes later to Joe and he took care of me. I love coming into a business and not having to wait. So maybe this is a mistake for publishing this is the place to go, but he deserves your business. It's been a long time since I've seen honest and careing customer service so go to Barrington Jiffy Lube on the corner of Hwy 14 and Hough St
