Work began promptly, and was completed in less than an hour. Tuffy also performed a comprehensive inspection, documenting it with photos! I was pleased to be told that no other work was needed at this time, not even an air filter. I will most certainly bring my business here again.

Michael was very sympathetic to our concerns and walked me through everything very patiently and diligently. Turns out our engine was consuming oil and they flushed everything out and topped us off. Said we could come as often as necessary to inspect the oil consumption and they would top it off free of charge if necessary. Moving forward, we will only ever do our oil changes at this location since they stand by their work and service. Michael at the front desk is kind, considerate and understanding.
