  Moved into the area last year and have only gotten my oil changed at this location. To start off these people have been telling me that I need to change my oil every 4-5k miles with a full synthetic oil change when synthetic should last almost double that range. Whatever, they’re the car guys so I’ll listen. Ever since my oil change my cars engine and transmission bas been going downhill very quickly (2018 accord with 80k miles) I’ve had issues come up with my vehicle that never never happened until I started getting my oil changed in this location. So for one they’re manipulating you to come in sooner than needs to be to make more money (I have all the stickers to prove it) and on top of that I don’t want to accuse them of using some bs engine but my entire vehicle shakes for 5 min upon start up. I’ve had 3 oil changes already since I moved here last August. I’m going to get a full diagnostic done to my vehicle and I hope no further actions need to be taken. I must say this is not all locations as I’ve have great experiences elsewhere but I would’ve really be cautious of using this location.

  Today I was having issues with my car battery and no way to start my car, so I called the store and since I lived close enough they were able to send Dylan to come help jump it. I then was able to drive my car back and Dylan was able to install a new battery in my car and answer any questions I had. My car is now operating perfectly and safely and I look forward to returning again.

  I’ve been here a couple of times. Very professional. I’ve purchased oil changes and 4 new tires. This place goes the extra mile to make sure you’re satisfied. There is also a car wash in back. The manager Jonathon, was great to work with.

  Update review to 1star also noting because of my bad experience I can see they did not send me a survey. Also took my husbands car in same day. He needed new filters and oil gasket as it was leaking. This was Monday. I called and said I can come in Tuesday at 8:00 am and guy in phone confirmed my time and gasket size. I went in prepared for about an hour stay I was told. After 41 min John the manager says we don’t have the gasket in but changed the filters and couldn’t get it in till maybe tomorrow. I was disappointed on waiting 41 min and then hearing this and not told right away. I also was told by John they don’t take appointments which I didn’t know but they scheduled. I asked John to call me when it was in. Friday comes no call so I called. John said he was going to call me it was in and give me a discount for situation. I was not happy about the very lack of communication and no one works the desk inside either. I told him my husband would be taking it in Saturday. My husband also waited in their freezing cold waiting room and not once in almost two hours did they give an update nor did John ever come out to speak with my husband. My husband finally asked a guy how much longer he caught passing through. Terrible customer service he probably didn’t want to have to speak to my husband. He could have said or anyone how long it would take so he could have left and came back. Would not recommend and hope there was even a leak now as they don’t show you or give you pictures. John was hoping I would give an 5 star review and I had said not till the gasket was in. Also, for customers please put heat on and get someone to run the desk and update customers. A few days in after they installed the new gasket there was a smell of burning oil. Bad gasket and they had to put in another one. First post below before the second car taken in: So professional and respectful! After leaving to go elsewhere and having issues our family is back to you! Thank you also for the Veteran discount. It is truly appreciated by my husband and myself.
