- SMSirojiddin MurodovFeb 17, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience with Intoxalock. This location was extremely unprofessional and wasted our time. We dropped off our car for installation, and later they called to say it would not be done because they didn’t have the device. We rescheduled and dropped the car off again. Before we left, they told us it would take about 4–5 hours and everything was ready. The next day, they again said it would not be ready because they didn’t have the part and canceled our appointment. Before booking, the Intoxalock agency guaranteed the installation would be completed in 4–5 hours. Instead, we were sent back and forth to other locations that didn’t even seem to know how to install the device. The whole process took about a week with NO RESULT. Very unorganized, very unprofessional, and no clear communication. I DO NOT recommend this location at all.👎🏻
