They kept me posted on everything. When they found something wrong they texted me.They fixed my Front Suspension. And, found some other stuff that was wrong. When other Repair Shops never did. I feel safe in my car Now. And, I can take my son to all his doctors appointments. Thank you to the Staff at Gerber Collision & Glass.

I continually made sure they knew about this from the quote to their periodic updates (which were greatly appreciated!) and at pickup. However, since they sent the car to a contractor, they tossed the $350.00 tire... UPDATE: As their reply stated, their GM Jaime did contact me. They offered to try and make it better; due to the tire loss (again, not their fault). We worked it out and I am a 100% satisfied customer! Thank you Gerber!
