- LLl lFeb 9, 20261.0This place gave me an oil change two days later my screw fell out while on the road and an oil pressure code popped and my car stopped. I was told I’d get compensation on the tow and that they’d fix the car if it was their fault. Now they are saying that it’s not their fault and they won’t compensate me back. Sad excuse for a business. Now I have to go to court because they ruined my BMW X5 !! Save your money. Save your car. Save your time. This place will not hold any responsibility. No only did they tell me it was their fault and that I would get a refund they haven’t even gotten the car looked at by a mechanic and are asking me to pay for another tow to get my car. $600 down the drain. UPDATE- I spoke to the owner John and they are in complete deny about the whole situation. His employee told me that my car would be okay until the next oil change. Now he’s saying how would they know that. Smh. No reimbursement in tow and now a messed up oil pan on a 2015 BMW x5 that will cost about $1000 to fix. Now I have to go to small claims court. Ridiculousness!!!! You all should be ashamed of yourselves for this.
