  I had booked a reservation in advance for a minivan. I called the day before and verify that they had it the day of my appointment for Pick Up. I got a call saying that the car was being serviced and they didn’t have it. I called to speak to the manager, who was rude to me, said he would look into it and get back to me and of course he never did Customer Service these days has gone from bad to worse if I take the time to leave a review it’s because whoever reads this should know that this is not a good way to conduct business, especially with as much competition out there as there is.

  The staff was friendly. Explained everything to me in detail. The car was very clean and ran great. The price was very reasonable.

  I unfortunately got into a car accident and needed to rent a car from this location. Every time I visited or called, the staff were always kind and provided accurate information, which made me feel confident and helped me clearly understand everything without any confusion. They even gave me a ride to the repair shop so I could get my car fixed, which made the service incredibly convenient and genuinely impressive. I know all the staff at this location work hard, but especially the branch manager, Mr. Ryan, who was very professional and consistently treated customers with kindness, making the experience even more trustworthy and pleasant. Of course, everyone’s experience may be different, but based on mine, I can confidently recommend this location.
