Without their kindness we would have been stranded in the freezing cold and it would have delayed our trip home the next day. They were efficient, polite, knowledgeable and beyond kind and professional. These guys went out of their way for us just out of the goodness of their hearts. They are such quality people. We know they were tired but they helped anyway. I can’t thank them enough and would recommend them and Mavis Tires to anyone without hesitation. They represent the company so very well!! Best customer service experience I’ve had in the last decade anywhere. Go here and be amazed too! Thanks again guys!
- JUJason UgentJan 4, 20261.0Made an appointment online for tire repair. Came in was told they’re really busy and it’ll be at least an hour so I’m not sure what the point of an appointment is. I said if it’s gonna be closer to two hours, I’m just gonna leave. The guy said he helped me out and get it in sooner. After about 40 minutes, he said they just pulled it in, great. After an hour and 45 minutes, I went to ask what’s going on and they still hadn’t started on it, despite pulling it in an hour prior. Within a few minutes, they came out to tell me that the nail hole is just slightly to the line where they tend to not patch it it’s definitely a patchable hole, but whatever. So I waited two hours for nothing. When the guy pulled my car around, I said “2 hours” and he said well if you would’ve bought a tire it would’ve been quicker. What?? Don’t even know how that makes any sense whatsoever. My appointment for a patch versus a new tire would’ve gotten me in sooner? This place is amateur hour. Go somewhere else and save yourself the b.s.

You guys were so courteous and offered exceptional customer service in our time of need. If I lived in Chicago I would not go anywhere else for tires and I am a long time discount tire customer so that is saying something. From now on I will be going to mavis here in Atlanta for my tires. Thanks again and merry Christmas and Happy New Year

He came to Mavis Tires about 40 minutes before they closed and the team was immediately able to help. The manager stayed open past closing time to finish the job. The customer service at Mavis Tires is above and beyond any other place we have experienced and will be recommending to everyone we know. The staff was friendly and professional. They didn’t try to upsell anything, just fixed the problem. If you’re looking for an honest and reliable tire shop, I highly recommend Mavis Tired and Brakes!

Made an appointment but they got swamped and could not service that day. Brought the car back the next day and they ‘fixed’ the tire…..but the leak continued. Brought the car back and they used a bigger plug - problem solved but 3 visits. I had another job - swapping 4 already mounted tires onto a different car. They accomplished same day and, recognizing the issue with the leaking tire, gave me a healthy discount on the mounting charge. I Have a need for 4 new large tires in spring - they have earned first shot on that sale. Thank you.
