While they couldn't patch it (and I ended up needing to replace my other tires as well), I felt they did a good job. Well, at least I thought so. The very next day, my tire pressure light came back on. I brought my car back in and was told that one of my pressure sensors had a "dead battery." It seems very suspicious that only one of them had a dead battery, the day after I got my tires replaced. I have my suspicions about this one and believe it was damaged during the process of replacing my tires. My car is only 8 years old, and I know others who have had their cars longer and never had to replace their sensors before. This definitely has me hesitant to return to this place.

I called my local Arlington Heights JustTires and asked for help. Matt checked a few things and created a plan for me to go to a GoodYear close by me that swapped out the tire with that insurance and we were back on the road.

The people here are friendly and do a great job of helping you understand any problems your car may have and then doing what they can to address them. I have been going here with my and my family's vehicles for the last two years and they've always done a great job with the work. The salesmen help you understand what services, parts, and options you have as well as what works best for your situation while the team in the back working on your car can help show you what the actual issue is relating to your car and how the shop can address it. Overall, great work and I'll be coming here again in the future!! Keep doing great work guys!!!
