As a gal with limited car knowledge but who travels a lot with kid and dog in tow, I so appreciate Domingo’s knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond. My SUV hood is always getting stuck - he and Nick took the time to fix and open the hood, dig out a (filthy) cabin filter that has apparently never been changed in five years, and find out why my rear washer fluid wasn’t flowing. All with good humor, about 25 minutes before closing time. Top notch service - speaks well of the company that so many employees have been with Jiffy Lube for a decade or more. Thanks for the confidence before a long road trip - see ya in five thousand miles!
