  I was a little stressed out from backing into something and called Gerber to see if it was safe to drive my car because there was a noise by my rear wheel immediately afterwards. They did not have an opening for an estimate but told me that I could come by in a few hours and they would take a Quick Look on the drive ability for me. Rudy could not have been nicer and popped something back in place manually and even cleaned up some marks on the fender. He assured me it was drivable but suggested that I make an appointment to get a full estimate. Rudy was fantastic to drop everything for us. We really appreciated the treatment and the expertise. Highly recommend Gerber….especially Rudy. Thank you for being extra nice today.

  Martin and Rudy doesn’t have work ethics, it took 4 days to upload estimate to State Farm, I don’t know how hard to click and send,

  I have no complains about the work but they need to work more on details. I needed repairs and a headlight replaced, they did a great work but I'm was not happy about the fact that they re-used and missed some fasteners when putting together the plastic cover, as seen in the picture. From what I know they are one time use, if work is being done and removed it should be replaced with new ones. They installed the same ones and forgot to add one. Not cool. I was expecting top notch service. I don't understand why not all the parts were ordered since was part of the repair. Now I have to wait 3 days for those to be ordered and replaced. In the report even says post-repair scan, however the quality check was not performed apparently. A little bit disappointed. Ohh and one more thing.. I appreciate that the work was scheduled to be completed in a week and they finished sooner but I do not appreciate it if its rushed and not properly completed. Disappointed...
