I had an outstanding experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes and couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in helping me. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood what work was being done and why, which I really appreciated.
The technicians were extremely knowledgeable and efficient. My vehicle was taken in right on schedule, and the work was completed faster than I expected without sacrificing quality. It’s clear that the team takes pride in what they do, and that level of care really shows.
One thing that stood out to me was the honesty. They didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary services, they focused on what my car actually needed. That kind of transparency is rare and made me feel confident that I could trust them with my vehicle.
The pricing was also very reasonable, especially considering the high level of service. It felt like great value for the money, and I left feeling like I made the right choice.
Overall, Mavis Tires & Brakes exceeded my expectations in every way. Great customer service, skilled technicians, fair prices, and a smooth experience from start to finish. I will definitely be coming back for future service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and professional automotive care.

I needed a couple of tires and an oil change. When I got there everybody was very welcoming up front. The guys in the back got my car in quickly and got everything done in a timely manner. It was a great experience unlike my times at some other places I’ve been. Will definitely be coming back!!!

Had tires put on my vehicle, got 15 minutes down the road and the low tire light came on.
I immediately turned around to take the car back in when my tire became completely flat, I thankful had a tire pump and filled it up at kcs cabin just to get to advanced auto parts and another tire light comes on and I had to pull in to fill up another tire.
Turns out all tires were leaking air and when I called Mavis I was told to try to bring it back so they could check it, I made it back to Mavis but ended up damaging my front driver's side tire and hub cap. Once I got back to Mavis I was told that it was leaking bc I needed new valve stems, aren't you supposed to check that before I leave? That's very dangerous and unprofessional to send some one out without checking any of that, and my car is a 2020 that had just under 28,000 miles with no rust or corrosion.
I pointed out how my front driver's side tire was complety flat and smoking by the time I got back to Mavis and told them I wanted the tire checked because of that, turns out the brand new tire was totaled from the inside from trying to make it back to Mavis.
Thankfully they ordered me a new one free of charge but they never replaced my damaged front hub cap which is stock and came with the car. After driving for a few weeks I noticed just how bad the hub cap was damaged and that the workers just slammed it back in hoping I wouldn't notice.
Also since this has happened I also feel a wobble when going over 50mph as if the rear back tire is no good from going flat or the rim is damaged, ether way the car is not driving the same. Very disappointed, and to be told that is was because of my valve stems and that it's because they turn when they are not supposed to move at all, well that should of been checked before sending me on the road, basically I was sent out with a car that was not road worthy and because of it now my front driver's side hub cap is permanently damaged. The most frustrating part is that I pointed it out to them and instead of doing the right thing and replacing it, they slammed/pushed it back onto my rim and tightened it as much as they could so I wouldn't see the gap from were it broke. Very unprofessional and to make matters worse, I have lug nut locks on my rims so I had to give them my lug nut lock to remove the rims, they failed to give me that back so I had to turn around again and head back to Mavis just to be told they left it in my car.
After digging around my car in there parking lot and not being able to find it, I went back in and told them it's nowhere in my car.
That's when a younger mechanic walks out from the back and says "I found it" than ends up pulling it out of his pocket. Very disappointing seeing as I always brought my vehicle here for oil changes and thought, why not try them out with other stuff. Well after this experience and my front hub cap being damaged and not replaced, instead they try hiding the damage, that tells me right there to avoid this place at all costs.
No accountability for there own mistakes, instead I'm told it happened because of bad valve stems that I never had a problem with before, I bought the car in july 2024 with only 2,500 miles on it so there was no corrosion or even any rust anywhere on the vehicle. Plus to just be sent out on the road and they didn't even bother to check to see if there were any leaks amazes me.
Very dangerous and seems like they always have an excuse to try an cover themselves.

Excellent customer service! I was nearby at a car wash when my car would not fully start. I walked over to Mavis Tire and asked for help to diagnose the issue. I met Brian, and he was respectful, kind and incredibly knowledgeable about diagnosing my cars issue.
While it was not something I could have serviced at Mavis-I will absolutely return in the future. Kindness and compassion speak volumes, and this location will have my future business.

I had an excellent experience at Mavis Tire when I went in for an oil change, brake job, and a full maintenance check. From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and stress-free.
Brian, the manager, was outstanding. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and never made me feel pressured or talked down to. I really appreciated how honest and thorough he was—he made sure I understood what was needed now versus what could wait.
The work was done efficiently, the pricing was fair, and my car feels great. It’s not easy to find a place you can truly trust with your vehicle, but this location definitely earned my confidence.
Highly recommend this Mavis Tire, and especially Brian, for anyone needing routine maintenance or repairs. I’ll definitely be back!
