    Answering service is bogus. Foreign company and you can’t understand them to save your life. They told me to go into the physical location to get my question answered so I did and the guy at the counter at the actual location told me he didn’t know the answer to my question and to come back tomorrow. These guys have no idea what they’re doing

    I brought my car to the Antioch location following an extensive quote for “immediate attention required “ from the dealership. After their inspection it was determined that these immediate requirements were not necessary. I needed an emission test conducted and tires. All of which was done same day. I appreciate the honesty and outstanding customer service that was provided!

    This is my frustration with the organization as a whole. Called the number for emissions testing. Confirmed 3 times that they were opened for emissions testing today (day after thanksgiving). Confirmed that they were. They were not. Staff was kind. But could not do it.
