After a recent routine emissions test, i received my " pass" paperwork by the usual tech, and i inquired as to why the mileage wasn't properly filled out( they wrote 1,000 mileage) the employee said the normally do, but didn't because he wasn't looking at the display. I said ,oh. He then quickly followed by telling me " i could have just failed you for your dcl connector hanging down, but i didn't and this is a government rule". Me: "so you are trying tell me you did me a favor" Him: yeah, thats right, i didn't even have to test your car...the employee neglected to fill out the paperwork, gets this nicely pointed out, then gets defensive and talks condescending towards me. Little does he know i happen to be a 30 year senior ase master tech. I bring my tests to them because they are registered with the state and do get reimbursement from the state for the service. This supposed tech has a rotten attitude towards customers, and my review is a warning to the general public to not take this guys advice especially if he then trys charging for a supposed reair( loose screw in this case). I have never treated my clients with disrespect, and proudly go out of my way to even run the cars over for a passing test, and i dont need disrespect for simply pointing out a mistake on the paperwork.
