  Great Service and I love they check oil and do air pressure checks free I use Valvoline in several locations and have found great friendly services with all, my primary location in Bethalto IL always raises the bar with quick service

  Great but you guys always offer coupons that expire before we need another oil change lengthen the expiration dates. I drive 100+ a day and I never get to use a coupon sent by Valvoline!!

  I was waiting in line for over.35 minutes before I decided to leave. There were cars lined up behind me and they left so then I did. The car in the service area had a problem but they should have moved it out to get to the other customers waiting. I will never go back there again!

  The Alton team was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They knew what my car needed, explained everything process and took exceptional care of my vehicle. I will be back for the next one!

  BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR LOCATION!! They didnt fill my daughter car with the appropriate amount of oil and it blew the turbo on her car and now they refuse to fix it , communicate with us or anything, and I have to have my lawyer brother sue them now to get the money back to fix the car. They'll act as if they care that they damage your vehicle but wont treat you like a basic human being. Dont even bother speaking to the manager at this location as she'll just ignore you. Again, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR THIS LOCATION!!
