  I had oil change brakes a rotors done. The new manger Devin has lot potential he’s friendly but he needs some more training. He needs better people skills learn how to talk to customers a sell service a I understand that will come but some more training would help. Give the young man the tools he needs to achieve a you will have great manager.

  Price online and went i made the appointment was $30 per tire. When I arrived at the store was told price would be $39. I almost walked out but since I was already there I went ahead. But I won't go back.

  3rd party appt line - less than 60 second call. Reps not knowledgeable, didn't listen to what I was asking, had to repeat myself more than once to ask questions, 3 times I heard... 'Im not sure, is XX time good for you?. Clear goal to get the customer off the phone as soon as possible. Appointment - I called the local store immediately after making the appointment to verify my appointment time was good & verify that non synthetic option was available. The answer to both was 'absolutely'. Yet, I was in the waiting room for an hour and thirty minutes before my car was pulled into the shop. (More on the oil situation below) Facility - Just gross. Sparse, uncomfortable, old seating. Everything was grimey: front counter - waiting area - bathrooms - walls - floors. The bathroom was dirty and greasy, overflowing trash can, TP roll just sitting on top the toilet all wet with who knows what. Some kind of greasy car part sitting on the filthy floor. Shop Service - At arrival, I clarified again that I did not need full synthetic oil and the Counter Person (CP) said that was fine. Checking out I asked what was used, CP said full synthetic <whisper> 'but I only charged for the blend '. I asked why full synthetic was used when I clearly said my car did not need the full synthetic. The CP said he wasn't sure and went to check, came back saying: the blend was put in my car, he was mistaken because they have the blend bottles stored in full synthetic boxes. So... 100% sure CP was making things up. Not sure what was actually put in my car. And, based on all of the above, I also have exactly zero confidence my alignment was done well - or even at all. I don't know what happened between the last manager/owner a couple years ago and now but this store has gone from 5+ star to zero stars.
