He is knowledgeable and patient with customers. While fixing our car he answered the phone and assisted other customers and remained professional the entire time. Something about “it’s hard to get these tires to bead correctly”. Isn’t that the purpose of your job? Tire choice sure seems to have a hard time working with tires. I’m sure the employees are great, but either the lack of experience or improper tools provided by management has let me know to never go back there again if I value my time. $120 and three hours of my day wasted. Edit: 3 days later I’m getting my car cleaned because they left my rims dirty, and they scratched them terribly, I have chips all over the place and the impact they used left grooves in my lug stud holes, I’m honestly extremely upset.
