  I go a chip in the windshield of my truck. I saw a Safelite location in Alton IL on the Beltline. I walked in to see about getting it repaired right at lunchtime. I told the receptionist that I would wait until someone returned from lunch. As I was talking to the receptionist, who was very helpful, the Manager came out of his office, leaving his lunch on his desk and said he would take care of it himself. He took my car back and in no time, it was repaired and I was on my way. That's great customer service.

  I brought my truck in a couple months ago for a windshield replacement due to rocks hitting it while driving. They did a great job and worked with my price range no problem no complaints. Recently however, I was in a car wash and the seal between my trucks windshield and the headliner gave way. That's NOT supposed to happen. Took it back to this location and they said that there's nothing they can do because the warranty had already ran out.
