While they were switching the tires all around, they noticed my front brake pads were down to their last little bit of life... i noticed just the other day, They started to squeak and thought it might be a change in the weather.... I am glad he let me know because while the car was already there.I had them put the brakes on.. and they were down to nothing.Win Win for all of us!! RICK and Staff we're very helpful, very friendly. And thorough.... They are A great bunch of workers/ employees... Thanks!!

Came in this morning and Charles set me up with 4 new tires with better tread and warranty than the Nissan dealership offered me "on sale" for 1/3 of the price. Best part is I was in and out in 45 mins. Charles is always ready to help and go the extra mile to make things go smooth.
- AAAdam ArnoldNov 4, 20252.0Went in a couple months ago to have an Alignment on my vehicle as it was drifting right a bit after I had some suspension work done. They did check out my ABS light (damaged speed sensor) as my OBD reader didn't have one, so I do got give an extra star for that as they helped figure out which one without any extra cost. However the alignment didn't work very well, it did stop drifting right and now instead if drifts left instead I called them asking about it and they said since 2 of my tires were low tread it was that, had said tires replaced and issue still persisted so they did another alignment under their warranty which still didn't fix the issue decided to just stop going as I would rather go to someone who can do it right the first time, not the 3rd if not more than that.

It was a Sunday and they were busy at the time and although they didn’t have a wheel to replace mine they kindly moved the spare from the front to the back in order that I could get closer to home. They checked the air on all of the tires including the donut that had lost air on the drive there. I was so appreciative of their kindness and helpfulness. Thank you salesman 5 and crew.
