It looked completely disgusting and unsafe. I called immediately expecting an explanation and a refund, but got neither. Instead, I was told I might receive a call back in a few days. That is not an acceptable response when a customer reports a foreign substance in their food. This should have been handled on the spot with urgency and basic care. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Eat here at your own risk.
