Kevin was so always pleasant even when he was working the counter by himself his demeanor was always pleasant. He had a great rapport about himself. The young man who is probably the youngest of the bunch who works in detail was very nice to talk with and he really likes his job. Thanks Enterprise for such a pleasant experience. I'm sorry I don't remember the name of the person who picked me up, but for the record he was great as well My #1 rental spot for now on.

Now they want to charge me fees on top of the tolls. They take advantage of people in tough spots. Never will I use enterprise again and I recommend everyone else to STAY AWAY.
