- MSMartin StrubinDec 22, 20251.0This shop was recommended by Dan’s Classic Cars. Dan had replaced my 72 Olds engine and was wonderful. I asked about replacing my seats and he recommended this company. Well..that was good enough for me! I called last week for an appointment and was told that it wasn’t necessary and to just come in, which I did. Boy….was I disappointed! The lady answering phones behind the counter came out and took a couple of pictures of the car’s interior. Then she went into the back of the shop to confer with somebody, which I thought was strange. Then a man came out and spoke to her and said something about me ordering the seats and they would only install. Mind you…he would not even acknowledge me or my son! I asked her if he was the owner and she replied that he was a worker. Very rude. It was very apparent that she was not an expert at giving estimates. Though..she was very nice. I guess I just expected someone knowledgeable to come out to the parking lot, or bring my car into the shop and give me a professional estimate. I did not receive this and was very disappointed. My son was with me, and he also was disgusted on how unprofessional we were treated. I found it hard to believe that this place has been in business as long as they have if they treated potential customers the way that we were treated. I would have given them a zero rating but the girl behind the counter answering phones was cordial. I would NEVER recommend this place!
