Absolutely ridiculous. Was told I’d be helped shortly. It’s been 2 hours and mechanics are playing tag on other side of glass. What a joke.

After a total nightmare dealing with AAA road side when I had a flat tire, Belle Tires were wonderful to me. AAA’s tech stole my wheel lock key and also broke 4 of my 5 caps. AAA has been horrific to deal with, doing nothing but dragging me in circles, and after driving on my spare for 2 days, I stopped at Belle. They not only helped me but went above and beyond. Rashea and the tech Dan were incredibly efficient, honest and helpful. I’m super grateful for them. I will 100% be back.

Horrible customer service you make an appointment online and it doesn’t mean anything. You’re better off going somewhere else.

I strongly recommend avoiding this location. Far too many reviews describe similar issues, which suggests that there either needs to be an internal investigation into the store manager, Mike, or this location should be permanently closed. In June, I purchased two new tires from this store, not realizing it would become the most frustrating tire-buying experience I’ve ever had. Between June and November, I had to return to this location seven different times for the same ongoing issue. Immediately after the initial installation, I noticed that the tires caused shaking at high speeds. I called the store right away and was told to return the next day. Upon my return, I was informed that my rims were cracked and that this was supposedly the cause of the vibration. To rule that out, I reinstalled my factory rims, which have been in storage since I bought my car in 2020 and had fewer than 400 miles on them. Despite that, the shaking continued. On my third visit, I was told the tires simply needed to be balanced. After balancing, the problem persisted. Frustrated, I called again and was told to bring the vehicle back. Because I live in Calumet City and this location is in Alsip, repeated trips were inconvenient, so I decided to take my car to another tire shop for an independent inspection. The technician there showed me that the balance was fine but that the tires themselves were defective and should be replaced under warranty. When I contacted the store again and spoke to Manager Mike, I explained what the other shop had found and asked for a warranty replacement. He refused, insisting that a missing lug nut was the issue. I paid for the replacement, only to have the same problem continue. At that point, I took my vehicle to Bettenhausen Dodge in Tinley Park, where ASE-certified mechanics performed a full suspension inspection and tire balance. They found no suspension issues and advised me to return to the place of purchase if the shaking continued. Once again, I called Mike. He asked me to bring the car in so his technician could test drive it. After waiting about 30 minutes, Mike said they would try rotating the tires. I immediately reminded him that I drive a Dodge Challenger with a staggered wheel setup—meaning the rear tires are larger than the front—and rotation is not possible. He acknowledged the mistake and walked away. A few minutes later, he returned claiming that my rims were cracked, again contradicting the dealership’s written inspection showing everything was fine. After some back and forth, Mike finally offered to upgrade my tires and credit me for what I had already paid, though he stated he “doubted” it would solve the issue. I agreed, and after the upgrade, the shaking was completely gone. I was able to drive up to 80 MPH with no issues. Had Mike simply replaced the clearly defective tires under warranty in the first place, it would have prevented months of inconvenience and frustration. While I can’t say for certain whether my experience was influenced by bias, as an African American customer, I can’t ignore how similar many other reviews sound. It’s clear that this location lacks qualified mechanics, and that Mike’s attitude, poor customer service, and unwillingness to take accountability make him unfit to manage this store. RESPONSE TO OWNER: YOU GUYS CLAIM TO BE COMMITTED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE, THAT IS A COMPLETE LIE. I STILL HAD TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL $345 OUT OF POCKET JUST FOR HIM TO UPGRADE THE TIRES
