    Made an appointment online and was given a price which I opted in the pay at the store when I arrived. Arrived to my appointment on time but was quoted I different price which was a $40 increase. Asked why that was and she said the rebate had ended even though I was able to book with that price and she wouldn’t stand by the original booking price. Then I go to pick up my car and asked if they performed my free alignment check that was included in my booking. She said no and that she can put me at the back of the line which would be another 2 hours even though I had an appointment. Then I presented a coupon for $40 off and she was fighting me on applying it saying I already had the student discount but it says nothing on their coupons about not being able to use 2 at the same time.

    Here’s that part in English: “I did alignment with them, and the next day, my car had the same issue—still out of balance. Basically, they couldn’t even do the alignment right. Their work is bad, and they charge a lot. My advice: don’t go to them at all.”

    Rashea lied told me they did not have my tires in stock on 2-12-26. I called in at 7:40 20 mins before close . He stated crestwood has them. Bryan took my call at crest wood 5 mins before close and stayed late to my tires on. Rashea lied about the inventory and was confirmed by multiple belle tire locations . He needs to be retrained and coached!

    I would never take my car here again. They handed me my emblem to the hub cap and broke it telling me they couldn't put it on. I wonder why bc they broke it. Then noticed the other one on the other front tire was missing and never gave me that one. Few days later when I noticed i called and asked to speak to a manager and then tells me Regina will call me assistant manager and guess what never did. Also my paperwork named 13 things they recommended I need done. Also it says I denied a rotation of tires. That is a total lie. I was never asked. Don't waste your time or money.
