I was aware that the store would be closing at 9 so I wasn’t looking for my order to be ready that night. 12-13 8am no communication of my order being ready and or canceled nothing. 10ish rolls around still nothing so I call. Oh we no longer carry that product anymore. Ok so why is something you no longer carry on your website. AutoZone please make it make sense. Why allow a customer to order something that you all do not carry let alone no phone call or email stating your order had been canceled due no whatever reason. Very poor customer service and very inconvenient.
