  carlos the manager was not helpful, can to he's stores to get a part that I pay in a different store he refused to give me the part which I already paid at the store. He said that I needed to paint the old part. I told him to call the other store and he say no, that was un responsible for a manager to say to a customer I will not recommend this store and with carlos, like a manager the do not help customers

  I placed an order at about 8pm 12-12. I was aware that the store would be closing at 9 so I wasn’t looking for my order to be ready that night. 12-13 8am no communication of my order being ready and or canceled nothing. 10ish rolls around still nothing so I call. Oh we no longer carry that product anymore. Ok so why is something you no longer carry on your website. AutoZone please make it make sense. Why allow a customer to order something that you all do not carry let alone no phone call or email stating your order had been canceled due no whatever reason. Very poor customer service and very inconvenient.
