  Worse experience ever. Had to replacement my tire because I had a nail in it. After it was replaced a week later my tire pressure light comes on for all 4 tires not just one. I had to come back 4 different time for my tire pressure light. They had said they fixed it every time and gave me a different reason of why it was on. Finally on the 4th time the assistant manager calls me tells me my car is done and that they do not see anything wrong with the tire on their end and that I need to take it to the dealership. I then go to pick up car and it is still up in the bay with 1 of the tires off, I was so annoyed. Why did you call me if my car was still being worked on?? I completely missed my other appointment that I had scheduled for that day. I would never recommend this place ever.

  I took my car in for a inspection for grinding noise and to get my back driver side tire repaired because of a nail. Now my tire sensors was working perfectly for two front tires and my back driver tire side. I knew my tire sensor for my back passenger side had went out. However when I got my car back ALL OF my tire Sensor was not working. In the report they stated that my back passenger sensor was not working. The manager Rashaud basically told me that his staff didn’t do not wrong which is a lie because my tire sensors was working that how I knew I had a nail in my tire because my pressure light came on. So now I gotta find a shop to repair my tire sensor for all of my tires.

  Rashea Gavin is the sweetest manager. My daughter and I were walking behind and she complimented him on his belle tire buddy he was so happy to hear she knew what it was that he asked her if she wanted it and gave it to here. If this is how he treats complete strangers I can only imagine what he does for his staff and customers 10/10!

  My TPM came on my dashboard and I was near Belle Tire. So I stopped in for their opinion. They advised a had a screw stuck in my right front tire and manager Mike said he would take care of the issue. He did and showed me the screw and fixed my tire at no charge! Their service was amazing and courteous. I definitely will go back to belle tire when I have to get tires! Well maintained and clean shop with friendly staff. I recommend belle tire to all needing tire related services!!!

  EDITED, increased star rating due to customer service making this right. I paid for four new tires, only 3 new tires were installed. Unfortunately, I am a older trusting woman. I did not check the installation after the work was completed. I just went home completely believing I had received what I paid for. I didn't experience any problems with my new tires, so I had no reason to check them. Unfortunately it is now 3 months later, I have my oil changed, a full inspection done at dealership and surprisingly I was informed that I would need to have a tire replaced soon. How could this be when 3 months ago I had 4 new tires installed. I now had reason to check my tires and yes, one of the new tires was a different brand and the threads were worn. I took my vehicle back to the Alsip location where the incident occurred, Rasheed inspected the tires, I provided receipts and inspection report Stated he'd need to speak with the store manager, Mike. Six days later, I was finally able to speak with Mike, was informed that video footage would need to be obtained, I also spoke the customer service at the corporate headquarters, Brennan, states, he will look into incident. A day later I receive a call from Mike, informing ne that they did not have footage from that far back so basically there is nothing they can do. I don't want any money back, only what I paid for. This is not over, I will be taking this further. EDIT Customer service rep/manager, Brennan, called me, he apologized, offered to have the tire installed. I want to thank him for being human and not some automotive who is unable to see a person as a person and not a company number. This is how you attract and keep customers. Thank you, Rod at the Villa Park store for your quick service. There is a lesson to be learned here, I got mine and I hope all involved got theirs. Linda B.
