They added the exact same dollar amount of the coupon back onto my bill as “labor” just to wipe out the discount. That is blatant deception. If you don’t intend to honor your own promotions, STOP SENDING MAILERS AND LYING TO CUSTOMERS. This isn’t a mistake. This isn’t an oversight. This is a scam, and they know exactly what they’re doing. I will never return, and I’ll make sure everyone I know hears about this garbage practice.

First time the technician didn’t tighten the oil filter properly, and this time the filter gasket was defective, according to the mechanic . Absolutely unacceptable!!! - DDDavidSep 14, 20251.0I paid over a $100 for oil change in my Mazda CX5 but what I got instead was unsealed oil drain screw, unsealed filter and messed up driveway from oil leak. I had to take my car to the dealership to get it fixed. They took care of the problem, did oil change once again and performed free video inspection all for $70! Bunch of young fellas that don't know what they are doing. Trying to push you in to doing unnecessary things as a side job like buffing your headlights for $75 each... People go there thinking they are cheaper than the dealership but that's not true anymore. If anything they are more expensive. This was the last time I used Jiffy lube... Have a nice day.
