The downside is the lack of an on-site office or facilities to resolve issues, and the manager’s attitude could be more professional. Overall, a good wash experience, but customer support needs improvement.

Very dissatisfying service and I won’t wash my car again here. Thanks Jet Brite for your kind rude service.

This is not normal. My house is behind your sink and it is absurd when your noise at 6 am makes my ears ring. Finally, take some measures and install noise barriers.
