  Needed new windshield wipers. Luigi was great from start to finish. Called in, pulled up and was done within 20 minutes. Very patient and kind towards women. Thank you!!

  I had an incredible experience at the AutoZone in Addison after a very long and stressful travel day. I had just landed in Chicago after a 20+ hour flight, picked up my car from the hotel, and realized the battery was completely dead. With the help of the hotel staff, I managed to jump-start it and drove straight to AutoZone, unsure what to do next since I had never changed a car battery before. From the moment I called the store, the staff was extremely helpful. When I arrived, Carlos, Brian, and Danay went absolutely above and beyond. They tested and charged my battery for free while I waited inside the store, and when the test showed the battery was no longer viable, they handled everything seamlessly. They helped me choose the right replacement and even installed the new battery themselves. Their kindness, patience, and professionalism turned a stressful situation into a smooth one. Thanks to their help, I was able to safely make the 4.5-hour drive back home to Wisconsin. I’m truly grateful for the exceptional service. Highly recommend this AutoZone location!
