- BHBrandon HampsonOct 12, 20235.0Excellent experience, My pick up appointment wasn't until 2pm which is late to start moving. I called Chad & his wife. They told me to come on in and get a truck. Then while there Chad was really friendly and he asked about things that I thought I might need like moving blankets and a dolly for anything heavy. It's a small setting inside which I would rather deal with then a big office where I wait for 30mins to even talk to someone. Chad explained if I wanted to drop the truck off early I could do so just fill it up and then drop the keys in the drop box. Everything I needed to know and then a bit more. You can never be to sure more so when your getting ready for the next adventure in life. I highly recommend using them. More so cause their a family run office and with family offices you get the family vibe and your treated not like a pay check but as a human being. Thanks again Chad I'll definitely keep you in mind if I need another truck and I will recommend your location to anyone I hear that's moving.
