- SGShanny GallegosJul 12, 20221.0DON’T RESERVE WITH NATIONAL… THEY ARE NOT AT THIS AIRPORT!! We reserved van through National online 5 months before our family vacation. National did not ever inform us that they closed their office at the airport!! We went to pick up the van & no one was there!! We had to figure it out for ourselves that Enterprise was renting for National & then drive all the way across town to Enterprise who then told us they didn’t have our reservation. A manager finally found our reservation in an “older” computer program but she said they did NOT have any cars for us to take since they were all rented out!! We thought our vacation was ruined with no vehicle to drive. Enterprise called us right before they closed & someone dropped off a suv that we could use, although we received it dirty and smelled of cigarette smoke!! It was horrible!! It also died on the Oregon coast & when I called Enterprise for assistance they said I had to pay to have it jumped. I ended up calling my own ins company for assistance. NEVER renting from National OR Enterprise EVER AGAIN!!
- ANAlan NeelNov 18, 20202.0Had to return the first vehicle, starting having a really loud noise from the front left tire. The second vehicle ran better, but had a water leak on the driver side window. Both vehicles had over 30,000 miles. For a rental, that is like 120,000 miles.
