I decided it was long enough and about 5 years ago I decided to give this store a try. I will never go to another place again (I went to another Jiffy Lube in Twin and my car was smoking from bottom) went right to Addison store and they wiped off spilled oil for no charge. I was very worried it was more serious, but Josh assured me that’s all it was. Lets add more about Josh, not only his he an amazing, knowledgeable technician, he’s an awesome human. I can’t end this review without mentioning Molly. She is just so knowledgeable, helpful, and is also an amazing human. Thank you for all the help and kindness this store has shown me. It’s am amazing staff starting with Molly and Josh.
