  Got my oil change the guy is a good salesman told me about Royal purple oil so I am trying it. Then they cleaned my injectors. The staff is always polite and informative of every step. When I went back to have them check an oil leak they all got involved and informed me every step. They isolated a possible problem and gave me a solution. Also they said do not hesitate to come back. I feel so welcomed I will not hesitate to go back. Thank you Grease Monkey

  Got an oil change a couple of days ago and they did not properly install my oil filer! It got all over my concrete drive way! This is not acceptable at all I paid over $100 for a simple task to be completed, I am very upset and unimpressed. I expect this the be made right. If I was not paying attention my truck's engine could have been ruined due to their mistake. Not just that, now I have to pay to have my concrete cleaned, completely unprofessional! They have lost my and my families business for life! EDIT: 11/17/2025 The store manager called and asked how the could make it right. I requested a full refund for my oil change and $150 to help pay for the cleaning of my driveway. They said they'd call back after talking to the regional manager for approval.

  I walked in and they got my car in right then and their very polite people and vere knowledgeable people that work here fast efficient and highly recommended to family and my friends and the price was great and they had a breakdown of everything that needed to do for the car the price break down the mileage everything was great and they got good deals and their office is clean at no worries or no stress with these guys highly recommend five star review

  Greeted me within 2 minutes I pulled in, very friendly and had great customer service. As I literally have no idea about anything with cars they thoroughly explained the different services they have to offer, how they work, and how it will affect my car in the long run. Inside the building was super clean and they had great snacks/drinks that you can help yourself to as you’re waiting! They did tell me everything that my car needed to be fixed as soon as possible or a little later on down the road, but did not push me to get any of those extra services. They also did help me find out my cabin air filter was missing and I would have never known if they didn’t check! I got an oil change, along with tire rotation, and break inspection, it probably took about 25-30 minutes to do it all! Really great and friendly staff, would 10/10 recommend coming here!:)

  My Grease Monkey experience on 10/29/25. 1. I needed an oil change and Grease Monkey was convenient that day. We agreed on the service needed and the price of $147. 2. The work was completed and I drove off. On the highway, as I approached 50 m.p.h., a loud scraping sound began. I pulled over and saw that the front of the molded metal skid plate was near the roadway surface. It was clear that, with speed, the plate would be forced downward to the road. Had the plate caught on the surface, it would have been driven into the upper engine compartment with catastrophic effects. I returned slowly to Grease Monkey and reported the problem. 3. After examination, the manager said there were two problems. The trainee had not reassembled the skid plate properly and then had not installed the two front bolts and left them missing. Not mentioned was that the trainee's work had not been inspected before the car was released. 4. The manager said that the problem had been resolved. Beside my dangerous experience on the highway, I had missed an afternoon appointment. I asked if she would make an adjustment to my paid invoice. She said “No, but the trainee will will receive more instruction.”. 5. I will not return. Keep the above in mind when you need an oil change.
