UNTIL I arrived at the store, the 2 women working stayed in the back just gossiping for 22 minutes, while there were multiple people in the store (I know they were gossiping because you could hear them loudly). One of the women finally appeared (only after my husband loudly stated how ridiculous it was to not have anyone present at front with customers), she was disheveled, and extremely rude, cutting both my husband and I off when we were attempting to let her know that we were picking up a part (snapping at us when my husband attempted to ask advise question about the part we were picking up).

I found the Twin Falls AutoZone, walked in and told the two people at the counter that I needed to purchase two containers of DEF and asked if someone would be able to help me put it in the truck. They enthusiastically said Tina, the Asst Mgr would help. She carried the DEF to the truck, and poured it in for me. She was kind, helpful and polite. Thank you for the BEST customer service anyone could ask for! I will be back for all my needs.

I had bought a license plate frame for my new car and has I was walking out to my car, a young man who worked there by the name of Josiah stopped me and asked if he could help me by putting them on for me.
