- KHKadrija HaracicFeb 23, 20265.0The store manager Jerrod helped us out with a battery replacement where other auto part stores likely would have turned us away. He saved us a lot of time and money. I can’t recommend him and this store enough.
- MCMike ChristensenFeb 11, 20262.0Popped in to pick up a needle for a grease gun. Found it and went to check out. The one employee at the front was tied up with a customer. There were three employees chatting in the back. I waited awhile for some acknowledgement or help. Finally asked the one guy if he could get the others to come. He didn't alert them. One employee finally came to the front, saw 4-5 customers waiting, clocked out and left without helping anyone or asking those in the back to come help. After 15 minutes of standing at the checkout counter, I finally left and drove to O'Reilly where I paid more for the same part but got helped right away.
- THTennille HoustonJan 30, 20265.0Great experience! I called ahead and asked if they could replace my battery for me. I’m a wheelchair user and I wanted help with this task. I let them know that, and they completed everything without me even leaving the car! Because I had called, Dan knew to look for me to pull in. He assessed my battery, recommended a new one, replaced it, cleaned up the corrosion and stuff, and it’s all done now. Dan knows a lot about batteries and I felt confident that I was getting a great battery (for my price point). I was able to pay the bill over the phone (Thank you Jared!) and it was all said and done in probably 10-15 minutes! I really appreciated their willingness to help me and that they took care of everything quickly. They didn’t charge for the battery install. All things thumbs up from me!
