- FFFear'N'LoathingJul 11, 20251.0Very dishonest and disgusting. I overheard another customer saying that staff made inappropriate, unprofessional comments about a female customer they were supposed to be helping. Won’t be back.
- SPSawyer PhillipsJul 10, 20251.0I came in expecting basic competence and left realizing that’s asking too much here. I was quoted a 45-minute tire job. It took over 2 hours with zero updates. When I finally got the car back, one of the "new" tires was visibly low on air. I returned immediately and instead of inspecting the issue, they blamed me and sent me on my way. No accountability. No professionalism. Just excuses and attitude. The staff clearly don’t care about doing the job right, and worse, they make it your problem when they screw it up. I don’t care how convenient or cheap this place is, it’s not worth the risk. If you like wasting time, being talked down to, and leaving worse off than when you arrived, this is your shop. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.
