Tons of cheese on a real, thick beef patty cooked perfectly. The fries are Idaho fresh cut potatoes, which don’t get crispy but they hit the spot. This is not fast food although she whipped us up our order fairly quickly. This was a one woman shop, for the cafe and gas station market, when we stopped in. Be patient, it’s worth it if you are hungry in the middle of nowhere.

We also got a salad with bacon and chicken that our waitress made up "on the spot" .. it too was "scrumptious" !!👍 We pass by often between Twin Falls and Elko and are always treated like "locals" ... We appreciate Your hospitality, friendliness ... and, Your Great food !!
