  The Rexburg Idaho Team Office, and the Reno Nevada Team Office were super great in resolving my On-Line errors in Booking and my error in Turn-In Office location. I am so grateful to both offices as they made everything easy for me! And at a very good price.

  I had a very welcoming and customer friendly rental with Jared, He was more than willing to go beyond what I would expect of any rental company and my safety and comfort was his first priority. Honorable mentions include a bit of free gas, a windshield scraper for my vehicle, and crystal clear communication

  My car was in the shop and I had to take my kids to school and had to rent a car; I had an excellent experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. From start to finish, the process was smooth, the vehicle was clean and ready on time, and everything was clearly explained. General Manager Jared provided outstanding leadership and customer service. He was professional, attentive, and made sure all of my questions were answered, which made the entire rental process stress-free. It’s clear he takes pride in running a customer-focused location. Alicia, the agent who helped me at the counter, was equally impressive. She was friendly, efficient, and very knowledgeable about the rental options, insurance, and policies. She took the time to walk me through everything and made sure I was comfortable with the vehicle before I left. Because of the great service from Jared and Alicia, I will absolutely choose this Enterprise location again and recommend it to friends and family.
