  We stopped by on our way through town and I was really impressed by the services you provide and how quickly you were able to give us an oil change, two filters, and a headlight lamp replacement at a good price. We will be back! Thanks.

  Grease monkey not only took care of my hybrid, but understood it better than the dealership, or Walmart has ever done in the past. Regarding resetting my system after an oil change, using the proper amount of fluids in the right fluids, being honest and upfront about prices, and giving me quotes that were better than the competition regarding new tires. And being honest with me about air filters and replacement replacements, and they had a great deal on an oil change that made it cheaper than other synthetic oil changes are around town that claim they’re the cheapest. They were more thorough than anybody else I’ve ever gone to.

  I showed up with a laundry list of things I needed done. The GM team got all of them done quickly and efficiently. Matt took extra time to fix a couple of rock chips I had on my windshield! Thanks guys!

  A few weeks ago I came in and had the oil changed on my car. While I was there, they told me that my transmission fluid was dark and needed to be flushed(They didn't show me the dipstick). A few weeks later, I go to a different place to get a quote from them on the transmission fluid and they told me that it was clear, red, and did not need to be changed. This place even showed me the dipstick and it was perfectly fine. I don't appreciate when people lie to me and tell me that I need something done that doesn't need to be done. I won't be using this place again.

  There was a hiccup. I had to leave abruptly after having the engine cleaner solution added in. Luckily, I work close. Matt called me letting me know the solution was not good to run the engine on and that it needed to be change with the oil. I work late and wouldve gotten off at 7 but he found a way for my car to be delivered to Grease monkey, get the oil change, and have it brought back. Incredible service! I'm very happy and grateful to the whole team.
