From start to finish, the process was smooth, the vehicle was clean and ready on time, and everything was clearly explained. General Manager Jared provided outstanding leadership and customer service. He was professional, attentive, and made sure all of my questions were answered, which made the entire rental process stress-free. It’s clear he takes pride in running a customer-focused location. Alicia, the agent who helped me at the counter, was equally impressive. She was friendly, efficient, and very knowledgeable about the rental options, insurance, and policies. She took the time to walk me through everything and made sure I was comfortable with the vehicle before I left. Because of the great service from Jared and Alicia, I will absolutely choose this Enterprise location again and recommend it to friends and family.
