  Quick and efficient. They were able to swap cars quickly when I realized that the one I picked would be a bit cramped for two of the passengers. A great group to work with!

  I’ve worked with this location 3 different times through both insurance as well as personal use. They are consistently so AMAZING. Genuinely can’t recommend them enough. I never leave reviews but their customer service is above and beyond. Wish they were open weekends but it’s honestly worth it to add a couple days because their prices and service are so great.

  I’m absolutely disappointed with how I was treated by Jared and how he lied to me regarding rental policies when you make payment by debit card. The website clearly states paying by website requires additional documents if you have a drivers license from out of state —which I presented. Suddenly, after presenting needed documents, the guy I’m taking to tells me he needs to make a phone call to his supervisor to see if what I presented is valid; A recent utility bill and paystubs from 2 current jobs in Rexburg containing my current address. However I’m in the process of moving and my addresses are all over the place. Nowhere online or in the agreement statement does it say anything additional is needed. He comes back after calling his supervisor and says he cannot accept my reservation unless payment is on a credit card. Period. That’s the only way to rent a car from them. I asked him to show me where this policy is online and I showed him what it clearly reads online, and then he says “it’s listed somewhere I just don’t know where” I asked if I can speak to his manager and he said he was the manager (which was a lie) and then I asked for a corporate number I can call and he said there isn’t one. (There definitely was because I called corporate right after and spoke with them). I have no idea why they tried to lie straight to my face. I’ve rented before without an Idaho license and this was never a problem living here for nearly 5 years. Being the holidays, I’m so disappointed by how I was treated— making up rules as they go. Why are these terms not listed online and in your agreement statement? And then it gets worse. I found a credit card to use, and after calling back to see if i needed additional documentation, the woman on the phone tells me they already gave away the car prepared for me (My reservation was never canceled on either side), and she would call me back soon. An hour passed by and still no call, so I decided to call them back. It was Jared again saying he was busy with a customer and he was still trying to figure things out for me… I was supposed to hit the road by 9:45 am. At this point it’s 2:35 pm and still no call back. After contacting customer service and having them confirm there WAS a vehicle available at the location the entire time, I called Jared again asking about my new reservation details and he then refused to rent to me. NOW accusing me of providing fraudulent information because my addresses were not matching up as I previously told him I’m in the process of moving. I asked firmly about where the policy states anything he is claiming and he hung up on me. I called again and he told me “Please do not call this number again.” And proceeded to hang up. I called corporate again to explain everything that had happened. I had to cancel my hotel and my entire trip to Arizona because Jared wanted make up some extra story because he lacked any concrete knowledge of his policy, solid evidence and say my behavior was fraudulent. Absolutely disgusted by how I was treated. I was calm and firm and he took that as challenging because I knew more about his own policy than he did.

  Jared Monson and his staff made renting a car supremely easy and I’ve never felt more cared for.

  This location in Rexburg is a great place to rent a car. Our most recent experience last week was particularly good. The employees were kind and helpful and the van we rented was great.
