    Their customer service is great! I've used them for a couple of years now. The siren side of this place is the selection of their cars, which is okay if you're not particular on what you get

    They worked with me very well. The day I picked up the car and the day I returned it, knowing that I was a couple of days late they will try to work with me. The first day I couldn’t get there to pick up my car in time and the second day I was sick and they are trying to see what you can do if my insurance won’t thank you very much

    Called just to talk about a rental..Has special circumstances..Was very polite to the man who answered phone at 9am..and he just hung up on me..I'm taking it farther. Been a loyal customer at Enterprise for the pat 13 yrs..So UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!!
