I was the last person to do an oil change on my vehicle and I HATE when people over tighten lug nuts and drain bolts so I sure as hell didn't strip it out myself. I guarantee the "new trainee" put his air gun on it in the wrong direction and not seated into it enough and ruined it. BUT.... I can't prove it and theyd never admit to it so. I had to take it elsewhere to have it fixed.
