  I had an issue with a purchased part and the store manager Ashley was exceptionally helpful and went the extra mile to figure out a solution. Ive gone to Orileys for a long time but she has has persuaded me to start using Autozone with her customer service. Thank you so much!!

  AutoZone have severely dropped in quality. The person taking my dead battery couldn't figure out the computer so they had to take my name and number down on paper. They said they'd call, but never did. When I called the next day they told me the battery was charged and good to pick up. I took it home and the battery didn't work. I took it to a different autozone in CDA. That autozone also said they'd call me back, but they never did. I called them and they told me the battery was no good and if I didn't pick it up within 24 hours of the initial drop-off that they were going to keep it. I had to rush over there to retrieve it. AutoZone used to be a great business and provide competent service. I don't know what has happened, but they are terrible now.
