  I came in this morning to have vvt solinoid installed on my 05 expedition I sat there for 2 hours just for them to say they couldn't replace it keep in mind it only takes a few minutes to do with out removing the valve cover and said it would cost me 4.5 hours of labor ause they had to remove the vapve cover I took my butt to harbor freight and spent 20 dollars and fixed it my self in 26 mins they say they have a certified ford techs in there and they couldn't even do it I went to automotive tech and dropped out midway there the semester and still figured it out no videos or help needed its absolutely ridiculous if they say the can fix something on time run away fast and go to another shop

  We are not from Pocatello, our transmission gave out while we were passing through the area. However, know a guy auto was very easy to work with and also pretty good at communicating. Their staff was friendly and understanding, I definitely recommend them!

  Came in to have an estimate for repairs completed for restitution case against an uninsured DUI driver. Mike was great about getting me in quickly and doing a full mechan8cal diagnostic on my son's car. He was quick, friendly and efficient.

  I took a car in for a diagnosis. They worked on it for 2 days. Did a comprehensive evaluation and couldn't find any problems. Didn't charge me for it. Took another car in for shocks. They did a great job for a great price. I will be going back to them for future needs.
