My company has used them on our 5 vehicles for oil changes 2-3 times a year for a couple years and there have been issues but not ones that have cost money to fix. (Because I've caught them) I know them, they know me good to go. They are all work rigs, so taking it out of service is a pain and it was misfiring, so I had the code read at the mechanic and he found the issue and fixed it. Grease Monkey left the air filter cover open again and it filled the box with dirt and ruined the mass airflow sensor. Obvious oops. I called and they said "Well if my car misfires a month after a service I'd take it back to where I got the service. But we didn't change the filter either" (ok, but isn't it smarter to take it to someone who fixes engine problems same day so the vehicle is down for as little time as possible? But seriously you're saying you don't open the air filter box and come tell me its good when you changed the oil cuz I've got a paper that says otherwise...) So basically they called me dumb and said it wasn't them. Wouldn't work with me no discount nothing. So take this review for what it's worth. They didn't read the code or see the vehicle before it got fixed and they didn't tell me which mechanic to have fix it. Which apparently is what the warrenty is. Like I've been really patient when they screw up in the past. Haven't griped when they took longer than they say they should or left covers off or plugs loose. Paid full price. But wow if you don't do it right they are by the letter. I won't be using them again.
