I came in and explained my situation and the young man that I initially talk to referred me to a more seasoned worker named Cooper. Which I totally appreciate that he didn’t just try to sell me something that Didn’t work. Not only did Cooper take time to listen and assess the situation, but he offered some solutions when the part that I needed wasn’t available from AutoZone. Cooper went the extra mile to help remedy the issue. He even helped make a temporary fix on it so I could get the part ordered from the dealership. Thank you so much for your kindness!!!
