  I looked up on Google and it said that AutoZone will test your remote control fob I come to the AutoZone in Pocatello and they're telling me that oh we don't do that when Google says they do do that it's a waste of my time driving to this store and now I've got to drive somewhere else to find somebody that will do it do not go here and I have a screenshot proof that they are able to test I guess they're too lazy here to do anything

  Our headlight went out suddenly and we were out of state so we couldn't just run it to our dealership or mechanic. But a call to Auto Zone and we had what we needed. Very courteous, knowledgeable, and amazing prices! Thank you for getting us what we needed so we could enjoy the remainder of our trip without that headache!

  When calling the store the person who answered “auto zone brick” and nothing else was extremely rude and unprofessional. I believe her name was brick. After complete silence and not any Segway I told her what part I needed for what truck. The price I was looking at online. She said it would cost 140 dollars extra for the part to be ordered. She then continued to tell me how I was wrong, didn’t know what I was talking about, and how she’s giving me a good deal. I called the store in chubbuck and he ordered the part I was talking about without any issues or bull. It seems like these people shouldn’t be working if they don’t care about the job, customer, or interactions. Absolute worst store

  The young female associate tonight was not helpful at all when we asked questions about a deal on an oil change package, sent us to look for our own filter which we could not find. She looked in the back and just said she couldn't find it. So we bought our quart of oil and asked if there was a paper funnel, she proceeded to borrow me a plastic one. When I came back in to return it she didn't respond when I said thank you, like literally didn't even acknowledge me. No sorry about that, can I look into ordering it for you or checking the other store, no have a good night. Nothing. Just very poor customer service. Very disappointed in our experience tonight. Guess we will shop at O'Reilly.
