- JRJackson Robertson5 days ago1.0When calling the store the person who answered “auto zone brick” and nothing else was extremely rude and unprofessional. I believe her name was brick. After complete silence and not any Segway I told her what part I needed for what truck. The price I was looking at online. She said it would cost 140 dollars extra for the part to be ordered. She then continued to tell me how I was wrong, didn’t know what I was talking about, and how she’s giving me a good deal. I called the store in chubbuck and he ordered the part I was talking about without any issues or bull. It seems like these people shouldn’t be working if they don’t care about the job, customer, or interactions. Absolute worst store

She looked in the back and just said she couldn't find it. So we bought our quart of oil and asked if there was a paper funnel, she proceeded to borrow me a plastic one. When I came back in to return it she didn't respond when I said thank you, like literally didn't even acknowledge me. No sorry about that, can I look into ordering it for you or checking the other store, no have a good night. Nothing. Just very poor customer service. Very disappointed in our experience tonight. Guess we will shop at O'Reilly.
