  Poor poor service. No helping the community when in need is poor service, especially in tire service. Not even a loaner air tank to bring in a customer to fix a flat. Who do you think buys tires at your shop Cody? Go to Newman's Tire and Brake shop in Ontario. You'll be way happier...

  I had an excellent experience at Wilson's Point S Tire & Auto Service in Payette, Idaho. Fabian, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled quickly and professionally. I came in for an oil change and a full set of new tires, and the service was incredibly fast without sacrificing quality. The pricing was one of the best deals I’ve found for tire installation, tire replacement, and auto service in Payette. If you’re looking for affordable tires, fast oil change service, and reliable auto repair near Payette, Idaho, I highly recommend working with Fabian and his team. Great customer service, honest pricing, and a smooth overall experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Called and scheduled to have a set of 4 goodyears put on. Was told it would take a couple days to get the tires in and I said no problem. They said on Tuesday to come in Thursday at 2:30 and I did. I came in and only two of my tires were there, was told they came in on that day's shipment and that the other two hadn't showed up the day before. I work Friday so their offer to wait until then to see if the other two would show wasn't really an option for me, and it wasn't safe to keep on with my current tires at the time as one had developed a leak about week beforehand that emptied the tire in about a day and a half, even with liquid inner tube added to the tire. Ended up going with a cheaper set they had, I don't think they're bad people at all. I would have just been appreciated if they had at least given me a courtesy call when the first shipment didn't arrive instead of waiting until I was there to say. They did however do an extremely quick and high quality job on swapping and balancing the new tires, and they have always had fair prices, so I've gotta give credit where it's due.
