  This past Sat (1/31/26) I was on my way to Huntington to pick up my stepdaughter. Then my tire front passenger tire spilt. I was on the side of the road changing my tire. When a Wilson's Point S Service Truck pulled up and offered to help me out. The Service Tech told me he was on his way to Weiser to answer a Service Call and saw me and just had to help me. I was soo THANKFUL for his help. He then told me called his Manager and told me that I needed 4 new tires. He said that they could beat the competition. I called my husband and he said to go for it. I went to Point S in Payette and was greeted warmly and received EXCELLENT customer service! They did in fact beat the competition but I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and the Service Call Driver didnt have to stop but he did and you don't see that! So THANK YOU for the EXCEEDING the EXCELLENT customer service!

  Great service hands down. Fabian gave us great customer service and very knowledgeable on tires. He wasn't kidding either one how fast my tires would be replaced. My car drives way better now 😊 Thank you for your help and my new tires.

  Fabian at payette point s is amazing. Great customer service, loyal to long time customers. Would recommend highly to anyone. Have gotten our services there for several years. He is phenomenal.
