The manager clearly doesn’t care about customers or honoring their time—if you schedule an appointment, it should actually mean something.My wife warned me after her bad experiences here, but I decided to give them a shot. Big mistake. I dropped my trailer off at 10 a.m. for a simple fix, and by 2 p.m. they still hadn’t touched it. Their excuse? “We got busy.” Meanwhile, Les Schwab got me right in and had it fixed in 20 minutes.Save yourself the headache—go to Point S in Wilder or Les Schwab in Nyssa. They’ll treat you right, keep appointments, and actually value your business. This place can go pound sand
