  Shay is they best sales specialist I have ever dealt with he made the purchase amazing. I went in to buy my first truck from a lot and he was on top of it. He said I have the perfect truck! I was in awww when he found the gem I needed! I am a single father trying to make life the best and Shay and his team have my back there making dreams come true and showing home town love where it counts. They are a truly great dealership they will make something work and help you build credit and stay safe and moving down the road for sure!   I made a recent trip to Treasure Valley Subaru in Nampa, Idaho. The care and service I received was exceptional! From the moment I arrived at the Service Department, Ben Desman went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. He listend to my concerns related to my wife's Subaru Forester and exceeded my expectations answering questions I had and getting my repair needs taken care of. While I was there, I visited the Parts Department for some parts I was in need of for a repair I wanted to perform myself. Again, exceptional service was provided by Dustin Shalz at the Parts Counter. He took the time to research what parts I would need and ensured I left with what I needed to complete the job without having to make multiple trips. These 2 gentlemen have earned my loyalty and business for as long as I'm a Subaru owner. Treasure Valley Subaru will be the place I will take my business, for life!

  We just purchased a 2013 Jeep Wrangler from TV Subaru and Shay helped us. He was wonderful to work with! He was friendly and welcoming. The sales managers come out and introduce themselves, so it's not like playing a game of telephone. It went fast and was so easy. They gave us full market trade in value, let us drive on their track, and were just wonderful! We highly recommend buying your next vehicle with them. Thanks guys!!

  I came in expecting a stressful, awkward car-buying experience… and somehow ended up laughing the whole time instead. Logan, my salesman deserves an award for patience alone — We asked approximately 4,000 questions and changed our minds at least twice, and he handled it like a pro. No pressure, no weird sales tactics, no “let me go talk to my manager” disappearing act for 30 minutes — just honest answers, good vibes, and actually listening to what I wanted. At one point I’m pretty sure he knew what I needed better than I did 😂 Drove off in a car I LOVE, didn’t feel scammed, and somehow had a good time doing it?? 10/10 would recommend. If all car salespeople were like Logan, people might actually look forward to buying a car.
