While I was buying the wash, they asked for a tip upfront, which already felt awkward before anything had even happened. Then the guy next to me cut in front of me (not paying attention), and instead of correcting it, the staff just let it happen—so he ended up getting my wash. No one said a word or fixed it. The wash itself smelled like a freshly cleaned public bathroom, and that smell lingered in my car afterward. To top it off, my license plate came out bent, which has never happened to me at any other wash. Overpriced, disorganized, and left my car worse than when I arrived. Would definitely not recommend.

It is the most convenient and I think it’s still economical to have a membership to make sure your car is clean and vacuumed. So stop driving around with a car that looks ghetto inside and out. Wash and vacuum and make your car look decent. It’s great for your mental health.

They used every excuse not to fix the issue. General Manager Shane is very unprofessional the way he talked about my car and that it was my fault. This is not my fault. I went in with 2 good mirrors and I leave with a broken mirror just hanging off my car with me left to fix it. This is such a scam. Customer service is non existent at this place. This car wash does damage to your car and will not even stand behind their product. Im left with a broken mirror and a bad car wash. I will never come to this establishment again. Their are plenty of car wash places in the treasure valley.
