  Had a rental scheduled where online it said the total price would be $360 on the breakdown; arrived and got an extra $200 added to the price and was told “too click the link in the bottom on the screen and at the bottom it will tell you”… but why not add it into the total cost breakdown clearly for customers; will never use enterprise again due to false advertising of total price, and the attitude and lack of help from employees

  The people on both ends of the transaction were terrific. Got me on my way quickly and efficiently. Very pleasant to work with; good customer engagement. DUring the rental period, I ran over some debris on the highway which caused some damage to the vehicle and your team couldn't have handled the situation more professionally. All around great experience.

  I initially rented an economy car from this location expecting it to be a short-term rental, but due to unforeseen circumstances I ended up needing the vehicle for four weeks. Throughout the entire process, Mason Allen, the assistant manager, was incredibly kind, understanding, and accommodating. He made it easy for me to extend the rental and ensured I had a reliable vehicle until my own car was repaired. The car was clean, dependable, and the service from the staff was excellent. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a smooth rental experience and a knowledgeable, professional team.
