At that point, it really felt like they were trying to upsell me on something I didn’t actually need. That completely broke my trust. I left without getting the oil change and went somewhere else instead. I understand businesses need to make money, but trying to sell repairs that aren’t necessary is not okay. I won’t be coming back.
